Entire Jedi Knight series coming to Steam & Direct2Drive on Sept 16th!

Another week ... another amazing newsbit about LucasArts and PC gaming! This week, on Wednesday the 16th, the whole Jedi Knight series will be available on both Steam and Direct2Drive for download! It isn't clear what the pricing will be like, and neither site has a listing yet, so you'll have to check it out on Wednesday.

Here is the Twitter world from LucasArts:

I would have liked to see Lucasarts 'upgrade' the graphics of these games - as they did with Secret Of Monkey Island - and sell them as Special Editions. But it's still good seeing old classics being made available again.

Damn, these games are fun. It has been a long time since LA has made games this brilliant. Oh, pining for the days of yore!

Agreed - recently finished Force Unleashed for PC and will post a review for GearDiary soon ... pales compared to *any* of these ...

I've only played about half of the XBox version of TFU. As impressive as it is technically, it just feels more like a tech demo than a well polished game.
