LQ linked this game in #echonet, and got me interested in it. It's similar to Dark Galaxy in that it is a web-based space strategy game. If you have nothing else to do, create an account on Universe 8, and join the echo alliance.

Remember to register on Universe 8.

OGame is pretty cool, even though I'm still a tadpole in a galactic ocean of whales.

I'm going to create a subforum for it on EB now, so people in our alliance can all communicate properly.

I would think you could. It's not really a very internet-intensive game, and lag doesn't matter a whole lot anyway.
